It is spread through the droplets of saliva or nose discharge when infected person cough or sneeze. The persons with older age having respiratory disease, cardiovascular diseases or cancer are high risk patients for corona virus. For the prevention of corona virus washing hands by hand wash or using alcohol base sanitizer is useful.
- Treatment: – there is no specific treatment or vaccines are available for the treatment of corona virus. Many scientists are evaluating the best treatment for corona virus. As per the study conducted in the corona virus the antiviral drugs are not useful in the treatment of corona virus. But as per the therapeutic approaches combination of IFNα2b and ribavirin can reduce the virus replication. The drug combination efficacy reached at lower concentration help to reduce replication of infected cells. This combination may help in the human treatments. Ribavirin is used in the large number of patients but it still not known that it is effective against the SARS- Corona virus.
