Plexopathy may involve peripheral nerve plexuses. Colorectal and gynecological tumors may cause lumbosacral Plexopathy. Malignant Plexopathy is more severe than brachial Plexopathy.
- Symptoms: – malignant Plexopathy shows symptoms like local and radicular pain, weakness, sensory disturbances in plexuses, extremity swelling. Brachial Plexopathy shows symptoms like pain, weakness, numbness, glenohumeral subluxation.
- Treatment: – Heparin and warfarin show the successful results in the brachial Plexopathy.
