Hysteroscopy is a procedure conducted for the diagnosis of uterus with the help of hysteroscope.

  • Uses: – Hysteroscopy procedure is useful to identify the cause of infertility, uterine bleeding and repeated miscarriages.
  • Procedure: – Before starting procedure specialist gives general anesthesia to the patient. Patient must have to avoid the eating and drinking for 12 hours before exam. Patient Asks to empty her bladder and vagina is cleansed. Light bleeding may occur due to insertion of hysteroscope. This procedure is avoided for the woman who has pelvic inflammatory disease.
