- Procedures: – Before starting procedure the technician find the comfortable positions for the treatment. Radiation therapy team marks the area of attack. These marks may be temporary or permanent tattoos it’s depend on the situation. After marking the CT scan of the mark area is conducted. Then radiation team decides the dose and type of the radiation on the basis of type of cancer. The treatment is carried out for 20 to 30 minute.
