Admin_NHT Staff asked 6 years ago Snellen test is used to evaluate the problems related with visual activity. Snellen test is used to check the persons ability to see the objects and letters. Vision test is may carried by an optometrist, ophthalmologist, optician, technician or nurse.
- Procedure: – In this test the vision test is carried out by using charts of symbols and letters. The letters are arranging in different sizes and arrange in different row and column. This letters puts more than 20 feet distance. Technician asks to seat on specific distance and determine the size and shape of the letters with uncovered eye. Process is gets repeated with another eye. Technician asks to read smaller letter until patient is no longer accurately identifying the letters.
