Breast Self Exam: How to check for lumps?

Breast Cancer is the second most common cancer in women after skin cancer. Breast cancer is a malignant condition of the breast, usually adenocarcinoma. Research has shown that breast cancer is the leading cause of death in women between 40 and 55 years. This type of cancer is initially marked with a prominent mass in either of the breasts, which becomes clear only after nipple discharge, nipple retraction, skin dimpling, or asymmetric swelling of the breast happens.
