Fluorescein angiography is used to detect the human eye. In fluorescein angiography method sodium fluorescein dye injected into a vein in the arm, dye circulates in body through circulatory system. The black and white photographed is taken when it circulate through eye. Fluorescein angiography is useful test for the identification of structure and function of blood vessels. The abnormalities seen in fluorescein angiography are categories in three categories. Autofluorescence is fluorescence seen before injection of dye. Hypofluorenscnce is normal fluorescence it shows pattern of leakage, staining, pooling transmission.
